3、参与后未满90天且未众筹成功退出众筹按恶意参与处理,退款收取20%手续费，满90天且未众筹成功退出众筹，全额退款（无手续费）！
4、参与众筹时所赠送积分或赠送课程在退款时，需按实际课程金额扣除。
5、退款说明：3个月内的订单原路退回(退至付款支付宝账号或paypal账号)
