当本课程参加人数为10人或10以上，表示众筹团购成功，成功后3~7天，开始提供课程下载
购买前注意事项，如你付款参加了，即你愿遵守以下事项
1、若众筹失败（即众筹长时间仍未集齐所需费用），则对已付款用户进行全额退款操作（无手续费）。
2、众筹到期如对应课程下架、大幅涨价或因其他原因无法购买，则按照众筹失败全额退款处理（无手续费）！
3、参与后未满90天且未众筹成功退出众筹按恶意参与处理,退款收取20%手续费，满90天且未众筹成功退出众筹，全额退款（无手续费）！
4、参与众筹时所赠送积分或赠送课程在退款时，需按实际课程金额扣除。
5、退款说明：3个月内的订单原路退回(退至付款支付宝账号或paypal账号)
6、本活动解释权归VK创作库所有。
